1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoSnake ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), including the website, browser-based game, and any associated blockchain features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

CryptoSnake is a browser-based gaming platform that combines classic Snake gameplay with Web3 reward mechanics. Users may play the game freely without connecting a wallet. To access blockchain-powered features — including token rewards, leaderboard eligibility, and exclusive in-game content — wallet connection is required.

We do not guarantee the availability, continuity, or fitness of any feature, and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

3. Wallet Connection & Blockchain Transactions

The Platform supports wallet connections via MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and WalletConnect on Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum, and BNB Smart Chain. By connecting your wallet, you acknowledge:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and seed phrase.
• All blockchain transactions are irreversible and CryptoSnake has no ability to reverse, cancel, or modify them.
• Gas fees associated with any on-chain action are your responsibility.
• CryptoSnake is not a financial institution and does not provide financial advice.
• Token values may fluctuate significantly and past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using CryptoSnake, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where its use is prohibited by law, including but not limited to certain countries with restrictions on cryptocurrency activities.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the game or leaderboard.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Platform or any connected blockchain network.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access, forfeiture of any accumulated rewards, and legal action where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the game engine, graphics, visual design, text, code, logos, and brand identity, is the exclusive property of CryptoSnake and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Token Rewards & Game Economy

CryptoSnake Tokens ("CST") are utility tokens used within the game ecosystem. They are not securities, investments, or financial instruments. The reward economy is subject to change at any time. Token distribution rates, eligibility requirements, and redemption mechanisms may be altered or discontinued without prior notice.

We make no guarantee that tokens will retain any monetary value or that any token earned will be redeemable for any external asset. Participation in the token economy is entirely at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTOSNAKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
